Refund policy

Returns
We don’t take returns and or do refunds on printed custom services, courses, patterns, and items that could be photocopied. Patterns are not for copying and distribution by others. Please respect designer’s copyrights. 

Digital download products are not returnable.

Pattern sewing kits are returnable within 30 days but must be returned in the condition they were sent in (for example, an unopened bag with all the pieces still there and in the correct size). We cannot return kits that have been partially used. Postage will be paid for shipping by the buyer to return an item if it is due to changing their mind. Return shipping paid by seller will be decided based on a case by case basis if there are other reasons for returns.
